Booking Policy
All hair appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit is required to secure your slot and will be deducted from the total service cost. Appointments are confirmed only after the deposit has been received. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to all salon policies, including rescheduling, cancellation, lateness, and no-show policies.
Pricing Policy
Our prices are a guide and are subject to change after consultation depending on the calculation of resources. Service prices are subject to change with notice.
Cancellation Policy
Clients who wish to cancel their appointment must notify us between 48 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Only cancellations made within this notice period will be considered for a deposit refund. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in forfeiture of any deposit made.
Wig Styling Consultation
Our wig styling consultation is free for clients who wish to proceed with a customised wig. Custom wigs require a deposit to begin production and will be ready 15 days after the deposit is confirmed. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment provided the request is made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accommodated and may be treated as a missed appointment.
Lateness And No-Show Policy
Clients who arrive late or fail to show up for their appointment will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in rare and unforeseen circumstances. Clients are encouraged to book a new appointment if they wish to be rescheduled.
Extra Guests Policy
To ensure a comfortable and focused experience, clients are required to attend their appointment alone. No extra guests, no pets, and no smoking are allowed on the premises. Only the booked client will be attended to.

By booking an appointment with our salon, you agree to abide by all salon policies and procedures. All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment and confirm your slot. Deposits are subject to our cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, and no-show policies.
Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled service. The salon is not responsible for delays caused by late arrivals. For hygiene, safety, and comfort reasons, clients must attend appointments alone. No extra guests, pets, or smoking are permitted on the premises.
Service times and prices may vary depending on hair length, condition, and styling requirements. Final charges will be confirmed during or after the service. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates salon policies or behaves inappropriately.
